Frank’s Removals – Terms & Conditions Deposits All deposits paid to Frank’s Removals are strictly non-refundable. A booking is only secured once the deposit has been received. Cancellations If a booking is cancelled for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion and subject to availability. Payments The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the move, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Delays & Waiting Time Any delays outside of our control (including waiting for keys, access issues, or parking problems) may result in additional charges. Access & Parking Customers must ensure suitable access and parking at both collection and delivery addresses. Any additional costs (permits, fines, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility. Packing Unless a packing service has been booked, all items must be packed and ready for transport. We are not liable for damage to items that are not adequately packed. Liability We take care when handling your belongings; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the move. Prohibited Items We do not transport hazardous, flammable, illegal, or perishable goods. Agreement By paying a deposit and confirming your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
